SHIPPING

Orders over $100 ship for free! If your order is under $100, your products will ship based on your selected shipping provider. If it's over $100, it ships for free. For orders over $100, Smith Lake Firearms will select the shipping provider at its discretion. Free shipping does not include additional services such as priority or expedited shipping. All NFA items require BATFE approval prior to shipment. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure each item is legal in their respective state or local governances. Smith Lake Firearms will not ship or transfer to states where items are known to be prohibited.

RETURN POLICY

NFA Items

Smith Lake Firearms will process returns within 7 days as long as the BATFE transfer process has not been initiated - these returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the BATFE transfer process has been initiated, and a return request is made within 5 days of purchase, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. For Form 3's, once transfer paperwork has been submitted to ATF, we are not able to cancel the transaction. All items transferred via Form 3 are non-refundable. Any issues will need to be taken care of under Manufacturer’s Warranty

Firearms

Smith Lake Firearms will process returns within 14 days as long the firearm has not been shipped or transferred - these returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipped firearms may be returned at the sole discretion of Smith Lake Firearms. Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Firearms must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition. All returned firearms are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Demo & Used Stock

All used or demo inventory items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

Accessories

We will process returns for accessories within 5 days of delivery as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees for returns and a restocking fee of 15% are the responsibility of the customer.

You may cancel any unshipped orders less a restocking fee of 10%.

Backorders or Pre-Orders

If the item was paid in full, we will reimburse 75% of the purchase price. If a 25% deposit was made to hold the item, that deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.

Special Orders

Per a customer request, Smith Lake Firearms will do special orders. Special orders require a 50% deposit with the remaining due once we have received the item. For special orders, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
